Shipping
- The delivery process will take approximately 10 - 14 working days. (7 working days for making your jewellery, 7 working days for shipping)
- Before passing your jewellery to our logistic partner, we will send you a video to prove your jewellery is in good condition.
- Shipping available to: Malaysia (East Malaysia and West (or peninsular) Malaysia) and Singapore. Other countries kindly contact us.
Return
- If your jewellery was damaged during shipping or having sizing issue
- Immediately contact us if you want to return the purchased item upon receiving it.
- The item must return within 7 days of receiving an item ordered from us (BMC Expert).
- All item(s) must be returned to us in free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear.
- All item(s) must be returned in the original selling condition and include the original product packaging, box and certificate.
- Make sure to contact us via WhatsApp / Email / Facebook Messenger before you return the item.
- BMC Expert reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the item(s) does not meet the return policy requirements above.
